When, out of the blue, the St. Joe Company donated exhibit space at the Bay Point Billfish Tournament for the Friends Of St. Andrew Bay, volunteers responded like firemen when an alarm rings.

Mike Brim and Charlie Yautz scrambled to get the tent up and the exhibit materials in place before the opening gun. Larry Hawks, Jill Blue-Reich, Kim Chism, Allara Gutcher, Angela Bradley, Jane Shepard, Mac Shepard Tom Brim and Alice Guay helped organize display materials and man the booth.

The booth was open from 4:00 p.m. till about 10:30 all four nights of the tournament. Nightly attendance at the tournament was estimated at more than 2,000 visitors. Thanks to the efforts of these volunteers, FSAB was able to reach a large number of adults and children during the event.
