BEST, Inc. Holds 2007 Annual Meeting BEST, Inc. held it's 2007 annual meeting on July 10 at the BEST, Inc. offices.
BEST, Inc members Jim Barkuloo, Candis Harbison, Larry Hawks, Jon Hemming, Ed and Lisa Keppner, Neil Lamb, Marie Largilliere, Jim Mann, John Newman and Charlie Yautz attended. Two new directors were added to the board. Marie Largilliere and Jon Hemming joined Ed and Lisa Keppner, Jim Mann, John Newman and Charlie Yautz on the board. In the annual elections, the officers from 2006 were re-elected by the members. Ed Keppner is President, Charlie Yautz is Vice President, Jim Mann is Treasurer and Lisa Keppner is Secretary.
